Our team of Oral Surgeons provide high quality oral surgery both in house and on a referral basis.

Oral surgery refers to any surgical procedure performed on your teeth, gums, jaws and other oral structures. Dr Mark Edmondson and Dr Jonathan Kennair, along with their oral surgery nurses Mandie and Laura, make up our dedicated oral surgery team.

Both Dr Edmondson and Dr Kennair are on hand for our patients oral surgery needs and requirement's.

Referral's to the practice.
If you are a patient without a dentist and you would like to self refer please contact reception on 01200 424641 and we will book you in for a consultation with one of our dentist's who will, if appropriate, refer you on to Dr Edmondson or Dr Kennair.
If you already have a dentist and you are interested in implants or in need of oral surgery please ask your dentist to send a referral letter to the practice. Either by letter or email.
If you are a GDP wanting to refer in to the practice please do so via post or email and our oral surgery team will assist with this.

Oral Surgery?

Our specialists provide a range of oral surgery including the following:

Wisdom teeth removal
Facial pain
Sore mouth
Mouth ulcers
Oral medicine – Oral health care of medically complex patients
TMD problems – Temporomandibular disorder, meaning jaw joint or muscle pain
Dental extractions – Our oral surgery team will take on the more difficult extractions at our practice
Surgical endodontics – A surgical procedure to save a tooth that can not be saved with nonsurgical root canal treatment
Oral surgery may be provided under IV sedation
